Helsinki and Lyon took part in the IMEX tourism fair in Frankfurt, Germany (12-14 May). There, the 2019 European Capitals of Smart Tourism made sure to present themselves as smart tourism destinations, also in terms of hosting congresses, corporate meetings, events and seminars in the cities. At the IMEX fair, stakeholders have the chance to network with other attendees from the industry and further get involved in the latest trends of the sector.
